How do you decide which celebrity is right for our event?
We look at your audience, event format, brand or family tone and budget, then shortlist celebrities whose image and availability genuinely fit, rather than pushing a fixed roster.
Can you keep the booking confidential?
Yes. Celebrity bookings are handled under confidentiality, with NDAs available for the client, the celebrity's management and any vendors who need to know in advance.
Do you handle the celebrity's travel, stay and security?
Yes. Travel, accommodation, hospitality and security requirements are coordinated as part of the booking, based on the celebrity management team's requirements and the venue.
What does a celebrity booking cost?
Fees vary widely by celebrity, appearance type, duration and city. Once you share your shortlist and budget range, we check availability and return firm quotes before anything is contracted.
How far in advance should we book a celebrity?
As early as possible, ideally two to three months out. Celebrity calendars fill quickly, and contracting, travel and rehearsal all need lead time.
Can guests get a meet-and-greet or photographs with the celebrity?
This depends on the terms agreed with the celebrity's management. We negotiate meet-and-greet, photo-line and interaction time as part of the contract when you want it included.
What happens if the celebrity cancels?
Cancellation terms, notice periods and any replacement arrangements are agreed in the contract upfront, so you know your position before signing.
